How the First Conversation Works
No commitment required — the initial call is diagnostic, not a sales pitch.
The first step is a short intake form asking for your broker name, the instruments you trade, a plain-language description of your entry and exit rules, and your approximate account size range. From that information we assess which tier is appropriate, flag any technical constraints we foresee, and respond with a written scope summary. If the scope summary looks right to you, we arrange a 60-minute video call to go deeper. There is no charge and no obligation for the initial scope assessment — we want both sides to have full clarity before any agreement is signed.

Reach us on +256 772 410 835 by voice call or WhatsApp. Voice calls are answered Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 EAT. WhatsApp messages outside those hours are read the following morning.
Office
Our office is at 14 Kampala Road, Entebbe, Uganda. In-person meetings are available by appointment on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 09:00 and 15:00 EAT. Remote video calls are available on all business days.

What to Include in Your First Message
The more context you give us upfront, the faster we can respond with a useful scope assessment.
A useful first message covers four things: the broker and account type you trade on (e.g. ECN, standard), the instruments and timeframes your strategy uses, a plain-English description of the entry trigger and exit conditions, and your current manual trading frequency — roughly how many trades per week the strategy generates. You do not need to share indicator settings or proprietary details at this stage. A paragraph or two is enough for us to determine feasibility and suggest a tier. If your strategy is complex or multi-leg, a short voice call before the written intake is also fine.
